    * Child Pornography Domain

    Hello,

I just deleted 2 domans that were solely about child pornography.

    The domains are:

    lolitas-heaven.com
    astral-nymphets.com

Also, the guy signs up with the name of Igor Bitorin. Email address is igorbitorin@yandex.ru

BTW, How do they get pictures of such young girls from? For girls that are 18 or older, often of them are models or like to expose but what about these girls.. They don't have even the decision making ability... oooh God.. I was really upset after I saw the younger girls posing nude....

    Salam,

UNfortunatley this is allow I hear in many overseas goverments and what they usually try to do is get there stuff hosted overseas so that they are doing nothing illegal(according to the goverement there) .. I mean there should be something that say the UN or someone can all agree and make a wordwide law about this stuff I mean its crazy and sick and it's too bad that they are not cracking down on this more.. I have reported two domains in the past 7 months with this same stuff and asked them if they wanted me to leave them up so they could investigate,or if they wanted access to logs and so on and no one ever called me back after trying twice to call them and 1 email sent.. So I just deleted the sites.. Maybe we could talk HS into making a forum just for fraud customers, hacker warnings and stuff like this I think it would give everyone a central place to check stuff out they may be a little questionable about and keep hosts up to date where as now everything is spread out..

May I suggest NOT removing the accounts immediately, but contacting the authorities first and let them use the sites to track the owners.

Many times the FBI has requested to keep domains in place so they can monitor the site.

    OKIHost,

Sorry to hear of your experience, but I deal with some of these authoritied directly and I know this is what they prefer.
    Regards,
    Karen

The FBI, Interpol and many other law agencies are fighting against this kind of activity, but they are up against some very astute people.
Recently in Europe a very large gang was caught, but it's only the 'tip of the iceberg'.... sad, but true

this is disgusting, I have stubled accross a few of these before. Ever read their disclaimers and legal notices? According to them they consider it art, therefor its not illegal. That is a sick and twisted way to look at it. Just a note: The FBI has a section on there site were you can report cyber crimes, from hacking, to terrorists related web sites, to the topic we are discussing here.

If they were in Canada, it probably would be art, considering the recent ruling that freed a man who had such pictures.

I would think that the FBI would want the site left up so they could track those accessing it.

Judging by e mail address this guy is in Russia and FSB their version of FBI has a lot on their plate aside from busting child pornographers so, I don't think reporting him to FBI will do much good. .

You're waisting your time. These organizations move way too slow. Even worse, the guy is overseas. No one will care there.

If there would be some strong central organization, than that would be a different story.

    dehabets is right..
walking away, turning your back is just as bad as being part of it... when you have the valid contact info you do have.. i would bleed all you can out of the site owner prior to pulling the site.. or see if you can mask it somehow where the owner thinks it's up.. but is actually not to the public.. while you do your work with the authorities..

as a parent, i plead that you move ahead with reporting to the authorities.. cause even if the site stay's up long enough to log the sick'o's who would frequent the site.. this can give even usa authorities some leads.. to pedifiles.

do all that is in your power.

That sick site has a popup and it lists hundreds and hundreds of sick sites like them.

Go deeper and you will start to see just how sick these animals are. I will not just turn my back and I urge others here to report any site like this to whom ever you may feel can help.

The faster we rid these animals and save a child, the better this world will come.

National Center for Missing and Exploited Children

(I'm new to WebHostingTalk - hi, everyone.)

If you're in the U.S., child pornography issues should be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. I dealt with them quite a bit in my old job, and they share incident details with other law enforcement agencies, so that the right agency will end up investigating.

Their reporting form is at: https://web.cybertip.org/cyberTipII.htm

Update: It looks like you need to access that page from http://www.missingkids.com/cybertip/. Thanks for pointing that out, fractiousws.

They used to require ISPs to sign up for a reporting account, but it looks like that may no longer be the case.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

A little off topic maybe but it's a good example how manual setup comes in handy as a webhost. Had those two domains come through our doors a lot of checking out would have happened before accounts were set up.

    Thumbs down hmm..

Interesting how the site is already live again. If you killed the account, how come it's already live and propogated at a different host?

Art, that's their logic for having the site. How sad that there are people that find that attractive. I have a 2 year old girl, and it was hard to look at any of those pictures without thinking that it could be her having been taken advantage of by a day care person or a neighbor's parent.

There was one pic in the free area of lolitas, the second page, upper right that hit me the hardest. Facewise, she looked 12, bodywise she was probably an early bloomer, but she looked so sad. I have to guess that maybe this sort of abuse has been happening to her for a long time. The other pics were of younger girls, happy and obviously oblivious to the intent of the photographer.

As for saying nude pics of kids is art, I would believe that for that cute innocent pic of a baby taking a bath, or a kid running in the grass with no diaper on.

For them to use the United States' Constitution as excuse to post that, amazing gall.

    Well i don't agree that it's artish either but i couldn't care..
This 13 year old girl i know she put a picture on her hotmail profile and she had nothing on and teenagers like doing that.

Teenagers being abused is rubbish, there getting money so they do it and it's as simple as that..

Don't bother about naked teenage girls because they prob soldthem at school for a tenner each and nasty men don't look at that they look at 6,7,8,9 year olds.

It is teenagers that look at teenagers not old men and is there anything wrong with that? no i say but since people have a prob with that i say go out and get a girlfreind then get naked with her.

this is the factual reason, you should do all in your power to report what you know
    http://www.nytimes.com/2002/07/27/na...odaysheadlines
    read it an weep.

understand, we have a serious problem today, regarding childporn.. the more this type of online published exposure of the innocent, the more the 'sick child porn' individual is driven, to do such irreversible crimes. it does not matter if this criminal burns in hell, or spends his life in prison (which would be my vote)..
because no amt. of punishment brings this child back... and no amt. of punishment is gonna STOP this hate crime.. because the viewers & visitors of this type of site are mentally unbalanced.. and the more this type of content is available, the more innocent childrent will be abused.

i am a mother, and a damn good one. i love my madi may, and i am proud & lucky to have such a bright, warm loving smart child.. we need more parents to be this proud of their children. And if my allowance of my daughters first fishing trip has offended anyone, you should think again..
it's the parents who allow the porno exposure who should be crucified..
a child's first fishing trip, is wholesome & good.. and it's all american.

but.. the message here, is that american has lost another innocent child.. it won't slow down, if this trash is allowed to be available online.

who know's the hell this 6yr old went through, fighting for her life?

do what you can, in your power to turn this kind of trash into the authorities... don't turn away...

i've read & re~read this news article.. and if i were the news reporter, i'de have a lot more questions to pappa.. then are disclosed..

Girl Vanishes at Breakfast; Body Is Found Hours Later
By JO THOMAS with LYDIA POLGREEN

    T. LOUIS, July 26 — A 6-year-old girl vanished from a suburban St. Louis house this morning while waiting for a bowl of breakfast cereal, and hours later her body was found less than a mile away.

St. Louis County police officials said they expected to charge a man who had spent the night in the house, Johnny Johnson, 24.

Galvanized by recent kidnappings of children elsewhere in the nation, neighbors had joined more than 150 local and federal law enforcement officials in a search for Cassandra in Valley Park, a blue-collar town 15 miles west of St. Louis, and the nearby Meramec River.

That search ended in despair with the mid-afternoon discovery of the body, which was buried under debris in an abandoned glass factory.

The suspect, Mr. Johnson, had spent the previous night in the same house as the girl and her parents. He is expected to be charged with murder, said Officer Rick Eckhard, a spokesman for the St. Louis County Police Department.

Cassandra vanished from the kitchen about 7:15 a.m. after her father, Ernie Williamson, briefly left her alone, the authorities said.

When he came back, Mr. Williamson said, his daughter, who was barefoot and wearing only a white nightgown, was gone, as was Mr. Johnson. The police said the child was reported missing at 7:30 a.m.

Mr. Williamson said Mr. Johnson returned about 30 minutes after Cassandra disappeared. He was wet and muddy, and explained that he had been swimming in the Meramec, Mr. Williamson said.

The police began questioning Mr. Johnson a short time later, and the interrogation lasted most of the day.

Mr. Johnson cooperated with the police, Officer Eckhard said. "We are confident we have the right person," he said.

He described Mr. Johnson as a drifter who did not have a serious criminal record.

The body was found by a friend of the Williamsons, Dave Hults, who said he and a group of eight others searched the ruined glass factory after hearing rumors that Mr. Johnson occasionally slept there. Mr. Hults said he saw tracks leading to a five-foot-deep hole in the basement.

"I looked down and there were large pieces of concrete and rock that looked like they had been there forever," he said, but then he jumped into the hole to examine it more closely " and I saw her little foot sticking out."

A friend of the family said that Mr. Williamson and his wife, Angela, were separated, and that she and the children were living in her father's brick-faced ranch house. Mr. Williamson was staying with a friend across the street. Cassandra asked to spend the night with her father, the police said, and her mother decided to stay over at the neighbor's house with her children as well.

Rob Stuart, a Valley Park alderman who knows the Williamsons well and lives only a few blocks away, drove to the house as soon as he heard that the girl was missing. When he arrived, police officers were asking family members where Mr. Johnson was.

"The guy, Johnson, was walking up toward the house, and he was wearing red shorts and no shirt," Mr. Stuart said in a telephone interview. "His arms were all covered in mud. The police asked him where he was and he said he was swimming in the river, but he was only half wet, like he was only half on the water or something. It was real strange."

Mr. Stuart, 33, like many other people in the close-knit town, took the day off to help search for Cassandra, who he described as a "sweet kid."

The Williamsons have three other children, Chelsea, 11; Elizabeth, 5; and Ernie Jr., 2.

The case is the latest in a string of high-profile abductions of young girls. Earlier this week, a man was charged with kidnapping and killing a 5-year-old California girl, Samantha Runnion. Also this week a 7-year-old girl, Erica Pratt, escaped a Philadelphia house after being kidnapped, freeing herself by gnawing through layers of duct tape.

Tonight, Mrs. Williamson collapsed upon returning home from identifying her daughter's body.

"I want my baby," she sobbed.

Couldn't we work by the other way?
The host for the heaven's site is in Russia, so it would be pretty hard to legally get to them....

But, possible contact ICANN, and ARIN and their Registrar (TuCows) and get their domain and IP pulled....

It's not gonna shut them down but, at least they'll have a the 48 hour downtime trying to figure out what's wrong and waiting for a new name to propogate the DNS.
