"In addition to the forgery count, Fuller was charged with unlawfully carrying a weapon and possessing marijuana. Officers reported finding less than two ounces of marijuana and a .25-caliber handgun and magazine in his pockets."

Isn't 2 ounces quiet a lot to be carried in his pocket? How much does the guy smoke!!??

What puzzles me is that why did he choose to write a check for $360 bil?

I mean, we always think in 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, etc....well MOST of us at least....360 just seems odd, as if he had some specific purpose rather than just "cashing a forged check".

I can only see one real reason for a check like that, it would be "I am trying to proceed with a hostile leveraged buyout of ExxonMobil to take them private"

    hmmm...

wanted to start up a record business....

I'm sure there would be a few of the bigger record labels willing to sell for 1/2 that figure.

    I'm guesing
either he was going round in circles[360degrees] after smoking all that pot,
or he worked out that records go round in circles of 360degrees

he probably would have gotten a bit farther along in starting '360 records' by using a $360 check, or maybe a 3.60 check....

Seems when you're high, the person who's high thinks everyone is as baked as them. Either that, or they're just truly stupid for trying to pass a check for that much money.

The way to cash fraudulent cheques is to do it in plausible amounts and not at a bank. (Pretend to be in some sort of distress and see if an innocent person will give you cash for cheque since your cheque book is all you have on you for whatever soft storey you invent)
