This WILL be looked into, however, we tend to concentrate our efforts in the support area. Sales are great, however, support is the backbone of many hosting compnaies and ours.

hmm, you allow clients like this, I can see posting to a forum if your problems are not getting resolved, but why not keep it to the appropriate section of the forums, as this is the advertising section, not the support, etc forums. The way I look at it is you just made the company lose a sale or two, which is harmful to the company, which violates TOS, which would mean you are out of here. To each company and client their own though. Just my two sense

As I said, I don't have a problem with the question, I am just saying this is not the place air this kind of stuff. These providers are only allowed to post their ads every 5 days and it always seems someone comes along to ruin it for them. This space is for them to advertise not for you to make them look like they are a poor provider, hence hidering them from recieving a few new customers. If it was that important of a problem to you and you could not reach them in the ways they provided for you maybe you should have tried the "Dedicated Hosting Forum"
Dedicated Hosting Forum
Devoted to discussions related to dedicated server hosting and co-location. Subjects include past experiences, bandwidth and performance related issues and current recommendations.

After seeing a lot of complaints from users about no support and network issues and downtime... have these issues been resolved?

I have opened a few support tickets with webreseller and each one was answered within 5 minutes. Infact, webseller has been the #2 FASTEST provider in answering my SUPPORT tickets from all the other provider's I've used to date... I asked them to format and mount my /backup drive and it was done within minutes...
Now that's what i call supportI have servers at: NetDepot/GNAX (A), SoftLayer (A), LiquidWeb (B+), DedicatedNow (B+), Nectartech (B) and more!

The only complaints that should have came was when we moved.

My ip problem was resolved. They have handled all the problems I've had. The last time there was a network outtage was when they were moving facilities. I've only have communication problems with sales. They have resolved all problems i've ever had with them.
I wouldn't complain about their support, network or hardware.

The total would be $269.00 per month, if you wanted SQL you would have to provide a licensed copy or you can lease directly through us.

Windows 2000 license is also a lease not a rent?
Thanks,

Good price, but most people here would want to have a bigger secondary drive for backups.
Any prices on that?Jason
