What really annoys me is their apology letter which was a big lie.
They stated that they sent all their forces to their office or NAC or whatever to answer the phone calls and respond to tickets !!
I received responses in 4 - 5 hours if I was lucky and who ever picked up the phone ??

Hmm, this sucks! Time to take action. Enough is enough. 12 days left until renewal. Do you think the contract can be cancelt without giving 30 days notice because of continued lack of network connectivity and/or violation of the SLA?

This is really getting old! It is nice that they put up a forum but it appears they put it on the same network that has all of the trouble????
This one is smelling like another power problem because I can get to the switch that has been having trouble just fine.

They are also still not talking about credits based on their uptime guarantee of 99.7%. Our e-mails about that are left unanswered.

It was a power problem:

Hmm, downtime was 15-20 minutes, wasn't it?

If they are having such bad power overload issues they should put a moratorium on all new orders until they can get some upgrades taken care of.

Shika,
Interchange usually does not restart automatically. Use WHM to restart it or from shell:
su cpanel -c '/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/interchange/bin/interchange -r'Providing YOUR Internet Action!

Definitely a power failure somewhere at NAC... this is getting a bit too often now. They should have power backups in place.

guys they must be working hard to ovoid such situations. it might be due to nac maintenance and not the problem with dedicatednow. they can't leave nac anyway.

This is silly that they blame everything on NAC !
