Anyone colo with InFlow at Denver?

    Hi,

I'm considering colocating with InFlow, and was wondering if anyone here has experience with them.

If you have, what's the general impression? Are they responsive to support requests at 2 in the morning? Do they communicate well when they're having issues? What has uptime been like? Any annoyances like DoS attacks or blacklisted spammer IPs that affect you? Anything lacking that you wish they'd improve upon?

Also, which datacenter are you in, downtown or Thorton?

If you prefer PMing me that's fine, but it'd be nice to get a discussion going.

    Thanks!

    Hello Glenn,

Inflow is a very good datacenter. I have visited their DC once (Austin, TX) and their monitoring room is impressive. As far as I know, Inflow is manned 24/7 so you will always find someone on the other end (instead of voice mail).

Inflow normally uses 2 or more carriers for redundancy. As far as DoS, you may want to inquire directly to them. I do not know about their financial strength, but the one I visited is cash-flow positive. I talked to their engineers when I was there and surely they know what they're doing. I would recommend them based on what I saw.

    Regards,

    Hi Reyner,

In Denver they have Worldcom, AT&T, C&W, Digex, Qwest, and Allegience for transit, so there's redundancy.

However, considering I can get Internap for the same cost per mbit, it'll be a tough choice. InFlow is definitely better priced on cabinets, power, and setup fees though.

I'm taking a tour of the datacenter tomorrow; sounds like it will be top-notch.
