how much of a site?
What specs are you looking for in a site?
It might not be a bad idea to have a perl hacker on retainer for the right price...
Does the site you want to host contain(for sale or d/l) scripts you've previously written?I am now Tobarja.

Here is what I need :
~50 MB Diskspace
~5 Gigs of bandwidth
Good Speed
Not 200 or somethign crazy users sharing a T1 line
~3 sub-domains
3 FTP accounts
CGI works from any directory
A MySQL db or two
Perl (latest version whenever new are released
PHP4 (I think thats the version)
ASP(optional)
Good control panel
1 Catch-All
3 Mailing Lists
At least 10 POPs
Ability to point a domain to a subdirectory
I use quite a bit of CGI,so a decent amount of RAM so its not slow
Well known around here,good uptime
Telnet Access
I can alter that a little bit if some parts are too much.
Yes, the site is for scripts that I have written,or writing.
I can do just about anything you need with Perl in time.

I am interested ... I have my own servers, so that would be easy to host you ... But, I am not sure how much of these scripts will you be writting for us in exchange of this continuous hosting for free ... For sure, you don't expect to write 2 scripts in exchange for a 10 year of hosting for free, right?
Contact me so we can chat for further/future posibilities ...
cheers,

Say Billy
I COULD meet all those requirements you are looking for in a server but just exactly how good are you with perl writing?
Example... are you familiar with mp3.com?
Could you design a range of cgi scripts to run something like that?
Users being able to register for an artists page and then submit audios which are then displayed on categorized charts?Signed sencerely, Wordplay the Unsigned.

So basically, users register, then submit something to a database, and then everything is displayed somewhere else in a list?
I could probably do that,as long as the song doesnt have to be uploaded to the site(I could probably figure that out too though )
