Kayako
I like the Kayako layout. Any other similar software but without the hefty price tag?

SitePanel2: http://sitepanel2.com/
I was planning on using this and bought a license, started to play with it but never launched it, then I bought another hosting company that already had Kayako up and running so I am sitting on an unused license of SitePanel2.
If you like the way it looks PM me and I will contact Morgan (the creator) and see if he minds me selling you the liscense.

I think that Kayako is not too overpriced IMHO.
knowledgebase.net pricing is what I will define as 'hefty price tag'.
There is a Kayako clone I saw a while back.

Check it out. That is definitely within your budget. What you can do with Cpanel ------------------> |||||

I didn't see a price so you know it has to be expensive.....I would say a *little* overkill for the average host.

They do.....sort of...
For the owned edition,
http://knowledgebase.net/products/roi.asp
It is a calculator to calculate the ROI.
For the hosted edition,
http://knowledgebase.net/products/hosted/pricing.html
Starting at $4,080.
Definitely not for the faint of heart.
Can anybody here PLEASE explain their 'arms and legs' pricing???
I seriously don't get it.
