(HIRING) Sales and Support Tech
Hello,
We are looking for outsoaring company who will fit our needs.
We are looking for:
1) 24/7 Live Chat Representative
2) Tech support that will be able to answer on e-mail and support desk tickets.
3) Who will not refer clients to send email to admin, because they lazy to answer a question.
4) Who will look some information about our company before give out answer to client “NO!!!” or “We DON’T do this” or “We DON’T have this” etc…
That all what I looking for please advice from your personal experience.
Also I will provide with all software what you need to work with.

Only to help you out. You may want to offer 24/7 support, but I doubt you will find one person that can do it for 24/7 Just a problem I seen with that.

I can work as :-
- Instant Messenger Support
- Customer Support
- Technical Support
- Trouble Tickets
- Live Chat
I am online 10 hours a day, 7 days a week and ill go on Live Chat for that time and let it run in the background while im doing other things, So then i can be on 10 hours a day and answer any help questions between that time.

Other Hosting Companies
Why would a hosting company hire another hosting company to do their tech support? Doesnt that seem like a conflict of interest?

They aren't looking to hire another hosting company, they need company which provides support and sales.

Well, I will not hire any one who has they own hosting business, or some how related to the any of hosting companies. I'm looking for people who are current working at outsoared companies or looking to work for one of them.
