Direct Admin or syspanel
im starting a web hosting business and i am wondering is sys panel lighter (uses less cpu+ram) than Direct Admin because i can get direct admin for free from my host and i can install syspanel i am really stuck on this on
and also is it worth having more simplicity (cpanel) or less server usage (syspanel, webmin ect.)
thanks in advance

It all depends on what do you feel most comfortable working with and what would your clients like?

SysPanel...never heard of it...
DirectAdmin is true and tried and automated with most billing systems as well.
No brainer for me...

syspanel looks like direct admin and the website is being rebuilt at the moment but here is a link
http://sys-panel.de/
and if you would like to download it and try it your self (i do not own this) and it is freeware so here is the link provided by me
http://zwebx.com/syscp_1.4.2.2_all.deb
i used a demo of it not to long ago and liked the look and feel of it by the way i am more than happy to help clients use the software

Never used syspanel so not sure about it. Hence I would like to suggest DA.

DirectAdmin is better.
Webuzo - Multi user control panel supporting Apache, NGinx, MySQL, MariaDB, Percona, LiteSpeed, Varnish, WordPress, etc.
Virtualizor - VPS Control Panel supporting OpenVZ, Xen, KVM and has 200+ OS Templates
Softaculous - Auto Installer with 400+ scripts for Webuzo, cPanel, DirectAdmin, InterWorx, Plesk, etc.

Frankly, I am loosing confidences on syspanel itself whenever the vital information we can obtain was not found on their website as it is under rebuild.
I have used directadmin before it turned commercial and I believe they should be better than syspanel but not cPanel.

Syspanel do not even have website so how do you think you will get support?

For Linux there is a lot of free ones available, but I would seconded Directadmin, ROI fast and support is friendly.
