bacanak,
If I remember you were going to move to a quad quad core machine? If that is correct a load of 2-3 is nothing. (8-12 really is nothing also). Load average is not a good way to gauge your resource usage, you need to look at the cpu/memory usage. I know you said it was too expensive, but my offer for that cluster is still on the table if you are interested. Like I said I was going to guarantee uptime and optimize your boards code. Our clients combined have over a 100 million posts now, and we manage a combined amount of 25,000 users online (counted at the 15minute average of vbulletin). All are experiencing 100% uptime.Steven Ciaburri | Industry's Best Server Management - Rack911.com

Steven,
We have worked for a very long time before. You are one of the best specialists over here. Yes i switched to quad core quad cpu tigertown. Price was so attractive. Nowadays my budget is really tight otherwise i would really accept your offer. If i will move to a cluster solution in the future it will be only with your team.
But, I truly believe that this server will be enough for a while.
I contacted with another tech in the mean time.
Cheers
