    What are some typical "extra services" provided by HE.NET?

    I'm thinking about things like ping testing and secondary DNS...

    What are some of the things that they will throw into a deal as sweeteners?

    Any body have any info?

    Anyway, back to being on topic, I don't think HE.net offers many additional services, other than IPs for instance, and power, as it's more of the just "colo and bandwidth" provider, no reboot switches or anything of that sort.

    A simple visit to their site revealed these "additional services" :

    * Backups
    * Content distribution
    * Load balancing
    * Raw newsfeeds

    Some of their specials disallow you from even adding additional power from what I hear, but overall, HE is a good provider, so whatever they are doing, it must be right..

    Hi

    Hurricane Electric will do any thing for you for $250/Hour. You may opt. to purchase a "block" of hours worked for a 30 day/1 month time frame these blocks of 20 hours each, priced at $80 per hour as a sort of bulk discount.

    If you want to learn more about HE Managed services you can call them up and speak to Cory Ringdahl.
