I too would be interested in an invite, if you are giving them out. Thanks!

I've tried Spotify...however I'm going to stick with Rdio.com. It has a web based player that I can use on my Chromebook as well as a BlackBerry app for my...BlackBerry.

If you want free, go for Spotify. If you're going to spend $5 or $10 a month, go for Rdio.

Very cool -- someone in Europe had posted about it here on WHT some time ago, before it was available in the U.S.

I'm glad to see that it's now available here!

I joined Spotify not long after it launched
However, it has moved from free music, with adverts to very restrictive
In the beginning I had no objections to the adverts, although they were sometimes repetitive as they had few companies

I now only use it as a backup music provider as the terms for free music have deteriorated slowly
Equally, only being able to listen a track a specific number of times now means I can only listen to a chart title a few times

I believe you can pay $4.99 or $9.99 for Premium and be able to have unlimited usage including downloading the songs to a playlist or mp3 player.

Thanks for that. Signed up via the coke link.

Doesn't seem too bad, reminds me of iTunes a bit in the skinning.
    Nothing here right now.

Is it true with the premium that you can sync unlimited amounts of music to your ipod:?

Can someone confirm either way? That would be extremely cool if true.
