Very - almost all cards are compatible with the STAR, Plus, and Interlink networks.
As far as a bank - not too sure. I only am familiar with their network, card production / authorization, risk management, debit, and stored value products.

thanks.
Well most cards issued today are compatible STAR, Plus, and Interlink networks since those networks are available at almost all gas pumps and ATMs across the country.
Just to give you an idea, I entered my ZIP code into the ATM finder and 50 ATMs within 1.70 miles (2.73 km). Retail locations showed 122 within about 2 miles (3.22 km).

Interlink, Plus, and Star are commonly found on Visa cards.
While Mastercard uses Cirrus.
