Billing & Support Sofware
Hello,
I have been using WHMCS. but due to all the BIG problems it keeps causing, I want to move away from it. I looked at Ubersmith, didn't like the idea of it only being able to talk with cpanel server for account creation, as I wanted Virtuozzo, cPanel and plesk.
Then I looked at the Parallels Billing Panel, its fantastic. alot of features that I need.
But then I am looking for the ticket system, does anybody know a secure product like kayako that I can integrate with the billing system's database so that the users only have one user name and password to remember?
If so, can you please link me to the products?

Honestly, I believe WHMCS is the best out there. If you could tell us what problems is it causing for you, I believe we might be able to help.

I suggest you check out Modernbill and Ubersmith. I believe you could always code your own module for other control panels automation.

i dont understand why you are wanting to get away from whmcs, you seem to be avoiding questions asking why.
AWBS is a good system but can be hard to config, modernbill/plesk billing is awfull to config and support is terrible.
Have you spoken to Matt @ WHMCS about your problems??
I really dont think you are going to find a system as easy to use as WHMCSIf you need help about anything to do with WHT, check out the Helpdesk

Parallels billing IS Modernbill, and I don't recommend it. WHMCS is the best system I've seen and worked with. I would not recommend ClientExec either.

I agree. WHMCS is the best out there IMHO. Who knows, it might be you/your installation or outdated software or something.

Plesk Billing went downhill a long time ago, no one recommends it anymore.
If you can tell us the problems with WHMCS, we may find another billing solution that does not have the same problems.

Plesk billing was a nightmare to implement, can't remember the exact errors but it would never accept the password entered during setup. Also untold trouble setting up payment gateways
whmcs on the other hand has been great with excellent support

@ Harzem, no worries, we are getting somebody to code a new backend, should be basic but what we want. That Job I wanted you to do will have to wait a couple of weeks.
@crywolf9 the correct term is nulled, not hacked. And no, why risk it when you can pay $20 for it? Also they can't blacklist people as far as I am aware.
@VMHosts, Again, I'm not looking to reuse whmcs.
