    No One Home At Dedishack?

    Have had my support ticket open for over a week now, have added a few exta replies to it, no response from them. They haven't been on MSN either. Anyone know whats up?

    This may seem unusual... but have you tried their IRC channel?

    Ya i dropped in for a half an hour, no one was around. I'm going to try again every few hours.

    dedishack sucks, i had a server from them. They have 100mbps uplink for their whole rack! if one of the servers is getting (d)dosed your server will be off too. Also Rohan is running the service alone.

    Matt, have replied to your ticket - will discuss things further with you there.

    Jackman - I do remember your name, and looking at my IRC logs I've just come accross a chat we had; you've never been a customer of ours so I'm not sure how you've concluded the the following things you've stated, if you'd like I'd be more than happy to PM you the log!

    Telephone wasn't listed on the site publicly, only for clients. Not sure if the clients have to request that number. Anyways, seems that the OP was able to get things settled.
