Thumbs down What a shameful reply

I raised a Ticket on Thursday, 16 February 2012 1:19 PM about the data base error.

After 3 days when not get any response from a very big hosting company "Hostgator" I hired some guys to check whats the problem going on.

So I send a mail to to Hostgator to cease the work for sometime, then they replied me.


I have ceased work, they walled the server that they are installing nginx at this time, which will likely help with load.
