    I agree that the support has been deficient but we will improve, first step is introducing new MSN support feature.

    Yes, it's unmanaged, but you have to provide at least a working server, isn't it? A few minutes becomes hours now.

    We may be required to reformat the server and install fresh OS and system files. (Faster solution than sit and try rebuild the disks)
    It will require that we create new VPS’s for you as well and you will get new IPs!!

    Please do not submit tickets demanding that you require a certain IP!
    Please do not submit tickets demanding we recover your data!
    Do also not flood forums and sites with complaints, it will not lead to the better but only worse.

    Karma caught nordicvps in the a$$, The Freemont node was taken offline cause they breached he.net and Gige server's TOS. (node is still offline as of this minute) Sh*tty customer service, lack of general knowledge, total lack of customer support. They Throttle your port speed, unless you "justify" why you need your full advertise 100 mbit, They advert Ipv6, yet they wont just turn your ipv6 on, When they do turn it on they make you use 40 support tickets to actually use all the ipv6 they advertise.

    They claim that the server was crashed and non-recoverable.
    that's a lie, he just wants to get rid of $15/yr customers.
    He won't be back to you or me with any vps, he just took money and ran.

    Well, after ALL the issues, I wonder how they do it, how can continue in the business. There must be a good reason to resist in the market.

    yup good one give them a free vps out of the country that they get to resetup and all, you fail HUGOBLUE, take peoples money and run, shabby service and noting but excuses.
