Hello, one reason I joined WHT was to find a host for my sites. I found one after a few days I was a member of this board. And quite a few vps for remote desktop access. Anyway, I'll be reviewing my host, Semoweb.com.
I bought a reseller account from
Semoweb on Nov 24,2010. They upgraded it to alpha reseller for free and 40gb space upgrade because they were running their
WHT promotion and I get a free domain with ssl.
I opened up a ticket asking for a site migration and asked for the price. At first it was $3/each reseller account, but after some talks with Dustin,
it was waived.
As for their uptime, I would give it a perfect 10. No downtimes from the day my sites were hosted by them.
For their support, they have plenty of support staff, probably around 6. Very professional. Although tickets aren't answered immediately because of time differences, I understand that since they too also need to sleep. So I get an answer the following day (or around 1am my time). I find their response over my ticket with sense and very helpful too.
Overall, Dustin and his team do a pretty good job with their web hosting services. I can say that I am a very happy customer of Semoweb. Cheers to Semoweb.com
