So I decided to start a hobby that I had thinking about for a while and write a website to sell books about dragons. I did a couple of days' of research before choosing a hosting company, and decided that despite the fact that they're fairly new to the scene, I would try PolurNet.com because I had heard some good things.
Did that ever pay off!
Their prices are very reasonable, they offer several features that they don't even advertise (at least, not that I saw), and their support is spectacular!
Twice now I have had minor issues while creating my website. Their knowledge base actually has a fairly small selection of articles that only seems to cover the most common issues. However, they also have a live support chat feature which I used both times. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, and I didn't wait more than five seconds to be connected to someone either time! And the first time was on a Saturday morning! They went to quite the lengths to fix my second issue, which was fairly minor, but wasn't a simple matter to fix.
I highly recommend this service to anyone! Anyone who has ever had a terrible experience with a web hosting company (and by the looks of this forum, that's a lot of you) owes it to themselves to check this one out!
PolurNet also adds yet more evidence to my long-running theory that Canada is awesome.
