Anyone that is too lazy or sorry to file for a legal copyright with the copyright office surely isn't going have the funds either to actually sue anyone in the court of law.

The thing about trying to make a copyright claim is you have to legally own a copyright.

It has to actually be registered with the copyright office to get legal action against someone.

I only had one charge back and that was in 2000 or so and it was a spammer. I keep records of everything so I was able to show the bank the TOS and their violation and reason for closing the account...
