Again, the e-mail was sent from sales@blacklotus, which would have had to have been verified by Constant Contact, which means, someone from BL would have had to authorize the account and the e-mail....

I don't believe it's easy to do on Constant Contact. My recollection (as long as it doesn't fail me) is that they required the e-mail address to be verified before the e-mail could have been sent.
