I tend to not trust a word alexa says. I just think there's no way it can predict accurate information without having actual access to the website in question.

Does this mean support with virpus is unavailable outside of those limited hours? What if a server goes down over the weekend? I have to wait until Monday to get help if that's the case.

And a ploy to try to drag more attention onto his topic. Let's be realistic a government website will not host on a shared hosting :D

Mhm... the customer appears to be at fault here for not claiming his missing information on time. Also Ftn seems to have responded and cooperated in here quickly which is a + in my book.

I'm by no means an expert in running a hosting business; but from my experience running a small local business in my area I would try to target locally as its easier to gain and build relationships :)
