Also when your domain is near to renewal, even you have already transfered them out, you will get RF renewal notice every day....

The problem is every 4-5 hours, load and memory raise up for unknown reason and services as cpsvr, bind, apache begin to fail. My guess is my current kernel (2.4.27-grsec) has an error.

My kernel is eating all server ressources every 4-5 hrs that requires a reboot. It is running on a RH 9.0 and I hesitate to upgrade the kernel because I don't know which one is correct...
