Juniper CLI is definitely the best and most organized out of any network vendor imo. Once you understand it, learn to love it and feel comfortable the Cisco style CLI just feels archaic.

That being said, if it were me I would run the 4300's in a VC. I would run OSPF from MX80 > EX4300 over a lag...

There are boxes that are designed to isolate noise from switches or audio equipment. Usually they're small 10u cabinet type setups. I'm not sure you're going to find a zero noise, classroom oriented...
