when I signed up it said something about 12 hours, I think its cause it was right after 5 and they close at 5, it's been 4 hours now and i'm only received a confirmation and receipt for the charge

I'm jumping ship to known host in just 2 days, also switching from plesk to cpanel

my current data center is in DC, they only have LA and TX
I'm not sure that location is a huge issue for me, but...

what you had was an unmanaged server, and a crappy host, you just need a managed vps and you don't have to worry about anything, and i'm not sure...
