Exactly why I am really against leasing ip's but seeing if its worth a shot. Even if you manage to sign a contract, how do you enforce it. No one wants to pay 12 months upfront.

^he's right. I contacted a few brokers and nothing less than $20 upto $27/ip. /24 are going for really high prices but /21/22 are between $20 and $25.
