    when you send them email, the system will automatically is opening a ticket. :)
    just like when i personaly send them email to support, ticket is automatically open

    My perspective say that Pingdom act on my behalf, and there is no different if my employee send the provider support email or pingdom send them the email on my behalf.

    I believe that "this service" should be offered free,
    no point for asking us to send them email when we can set...

    the proactive support they offer m is ProActive = you dont have to open ticket if server is down, they already see it.

    managment service included in our account. they reboot and fix the server for us in case of downtime.

    that 80$ for proactive isn't expensive, but we only want to be able to send the alerts, we don't need the all service.

    We are paying for that specific cloud server.
    But actually i would not mind paying some extra dollars for that, but 80$?

    By the way, i never received False pingdom alert, at least at the past...
