I am a Red Hat certified System Engineer working in the field for 12 years; the last ten in a Linux server hosting environment, handling front and backend control panel applications and services in the Alabanza and HSphere settings. Over the years, I have been involved in both technical systems operation and in management. These experiences have given me a sharp grasp on how events affect the customer.
