Who's Chris?
I've been a WHT member since August 2003 and a moderator since February 2007.

I originally got into the hosting scene by hosting game servers, and worked temporarily for companies like C I Host and Tilted Planet. I helped them develop and manage game hosting divisions of their companies. My duties included training staff, writing business plans, setting prices, and acting as a liaison between my division and the rest of the company.

After I decided to jump ship with game hosting, I sought other jobs in the web hosting industry. I've worked for and performed consulting work for several companies. I've also administered Windows and Linux servers and tinkered with various daemons and programming languages. Within the web hosting industry I have worn many hats, including: Linux/Windows systems administrator, consultant, manager, support operator, security guy, and many others.

Nowadays I'm primarily occupied by school - I'm an undergraduate economics student. I also work as an intern for iNET Interactive, the company that owns WHT and HostingCon.

With the spare time I have after school and family/friends, I like to make money. I'm very entrepreneurial and am always looking for an interesting opportunity. I also love music, especially classic rock.

Some of my favorite bands include Rush, The Who, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Led Zeppelin, The Doors, Kansas, Boston, Allman Brothers, Steve Miller Band, The Guess Who, The Eagles, Yes, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Jurassic 5 and A Tribe Called Quest.
