New Customer/Email Problems
I have just recieved a new customer :). *Hears the applause.*
Well, only one problem: I can't get in contact with him or her! When ordering, he/she used an email address that was to be hosted with me, so they was of no use. I did a whois on the domain to see if I could get an alternative contact for he/she. I did, but that email address didn't work either. Now, I know this wasn't somebody just fooling with my ordering system, because I also recieved a verified payment from PayPal.
So...does anyone have any recommendations on what my next step is to get in contact with this person? I know he/she is a WHT member, and I've tried a few member searches with specfic keywords from his/her domain and login, but none of the member names matched anything.
Posting the domain of his/her site might help, but I don't think I should according to my privacy policy.
Any help would be appreciated!

I had to look, due to the thread.
Coming out of a hosting nightmare w ****** (later explanantions will reaveal all), I purcahsed a new host after reading here for two full days.
Still no word, it's 10:30 pm eastern time, Tuesday night. I've written them. They said dns settings take up to 48 hours... sheesh, I know that... i just want THEIR welcome/activation/info letter with my new nameservers and a confirmation that it's set up.
No, I won't say who yet, but I got them from this board.
Anyway, were it me and I was sitting here waiting because I had a dingy moment and didn't type my email addy right, you can bet I'd appreciate a phone call!!!!
And by the way, PayPal? For hosting?

After all the attempts I have made to get in contact with this person, I am probably going to call him/her tomorrow. However, I am hoping that he/she will contact me before then (I shoudn't rely on that though).
And yes, many hosts use PayPal for hosting.
