Network issues with thePlanet.com
 
Hi, I just moved my server with TP, recently, i have packets lost problems with their network,i don't know what is the problems, here is the result,any idea,please?

i submit a ticket, no help at all~~and their support is down today.

Try traceroute ozchinese.com and send the results to ThePlanet. They might be able to fix it.

Are you sure it's not your connection? Have you tried pinging other sites like yahoo.com or google.com just to be sure? I don't see any other tests in your original post.

As an FYI, my dev server at theplanet is stable as always.
