I have a cpanel server with Dual Opterons, Centos 4, and RAID 1 array with a 3ware(8 series i think) RAID controller.
My server would kernel panic whenever I try to add a table to a mysql database from phpmyadmin or compile anything.
Here is what I found in /var/log/messages:
Any ideas? I have tried switching kernel versions and the same thing (from the latest one in the centos mirror to the one that came stock with the install).Code:
