PHPLiveSupport - Refund - Suggestions?
PHPLiveSupport is GREAT software, however I'd like your opinion on this issue.
This post isn't here to bash them, I just need some answers.
I've purchased the full licence, $349.95 from their website, www.phplivesupport.com.
I made the purchase August 22, 2006. Records were shown on August 23, 2006 on my credit card statement.
I received a phone call message I believe on the 23rd. I called back and left a message to them concerning "validating my card". I received another call saying I need to call them again because they need live recording of my voice confirming my card. No problem. But at this time, I noticed I've been charged already (must have been later on 23rd), and I haven't recieved any login details (to download the software). By this time I've sent them an email saying that I'd no longer wish to have their software (I know routine credit check but I wanted something for my money, and the answers really weren't there for me).
I contacted live support numerous times, they assured me I'm getting a full refund (because I didn't call back a second time). However, I never received a confirmation email stating I'm getting a refund.
It's been about 5 or 6 days ago since I've heard that I'm in the process of getting a refund, but yet to see it.
(I've gotten a refund from Amazon in less than 4 days on my credit card)
Anyways this is where I stand: 1 - I have this rediculous balance on my credit card. 2 - I have no software or login details 3 - I'm pretty well confused.
Again, I'm not trying to bash these guys, their live support was always prompt (minus email), their product is truely fantastic.
Resolutions? If I can't get my money back, I wouldn't mind having the software.
