Does lead one to wonder why ModernBill does not use their own knowledge base though... :)
LOL - very true, although their helpdesk is integrated into their software, which would require login, whereas the one they have on their help site can be freely accessed.
Besides, they're always touting compatibility with Kayako, Cereberus, etc, so obviously the helpdesk portion isn't high on their list of important features.
