Complete Takeover - Everything :(
I never thought that I would be making this post, but then again, I never thought that I would be in the situation that I am currently in. Due to some marriage problems, I am no longer able to support my clients to the degree that I believe they need to be supported. I am entertaining offers for a complete takeover of one server including all software assets and clients. I will discuss specifics with interested individuals by PM or email only. Here is a general rundown of what is included..
1 Cpanel/WHM Server with RH 9.0
Fantastico 2.6 Deluxe
DRAMS
CPanelSubs
ModernBill 250 Owned
Enom account with approx. 10-15 client domains (will push)
Unique website including domains. (http://www.thedigitalsociety.net)
Approx 25+ clients
Approx 30+ accounts on server (Some paid, some not).
YTD income, approx. 800.00. (Doesn't include all accounts, there are some that bill yearly in December before I stopped taking yearly signups)
I have been doing this for a little over a year and have a generally very dedicated clientelle. I will be happy to sign a non-compete and would prefer a quick sale. All passwords and access (where appropriate) will be turned over to buyer. All software (that can be) will be transfered to buyer. Buyer MUST takeover server, located at ServerMatrix. From there it is up to you to transfer clients or let them remain on the server. I will NOT part this out and am interested in a complete takeover. I am looking for serious interested individuals only, and all prospective buyers will be screened to ensure that clients will be competently taken care of. As I previously stated, this is the last thing that I want, unfortunately, my wife has decided that she doesn't want to be married anymore and I'm unable to give these clients the attention that they deserve.
I've built this from the ground up with only 25 dollars to start with and it really hurts to see it go. Instead of just letting these clients fend for themselves, won't you please give them a good home?
All interested buyers, please contact me via PM or email at admin@thedigitalsociety.net. Thank you for your time.
