Hi,
I am looking for a dedicated hosting company who has services such as Network Load Balancing or COM+ Load Balancing.
We are going to lease 5 servers and need such companies to check their prices and services..
Please advise.
Thanks.

Pricing
One-time setup: $1,000
Monthly: $995 for 2 ports/servers
$500 for additional port/server
I found better prices with ThePlanet.. Thanks anyway.. It is good to see such sites to compare..
Anyone has any address for Load Balancing?
Looking for something like this?
http://ethr.net/LB.gif
yes almost the same..:)Quote:
ThePlanet or do it like I did with DNS with TTL=300s works great here with 5 webslaves and costs almost 'nothin!
webvisions response speed is amazing fast, i think they have different pricing on different location. Maybe you can mail them to check it out.
I have to agree the price is not within the average range, one have to compare price to quality.
That is an excellent chart.Quote:
Mind if I ask what program was used to create it?

Hi,
We have a .dll program running on the background and a IP based website (can be accessed through IP only). The script in the website checks the visitor's IP address and finds the country of the visitor using an IP Database , calls/runs a .dll program. This .dll program is written in C++ and is working like COM+. I mean we call it in asp script as a component.
Because of a pretty big traffic to this site we experience memory problems. Because of this memory problems our servers go down. I thought running like 5 servers behind a load balancer hardware and rotating the traffic between these servers will solve my problem.
If you have any suggestion please advise.
Thanks.
If I recall right I was quoted $5XX for load balancing hardware with ThePlant's TC servers.
Yes correct.. ThPlanet offered the cheapest so far.Quote:
