Does any one knows something about this webhosting provider?
I never heard of them but you should do a search http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php?s=
I was unable to connect to their website..are they down?
same here, dead.
They can't even keep their main site up, so how do you think the hosting service is going to be :)? Look around these forums for a better hosting option.Quote:

or maybe he was refering to hostrocket? o_O
The site is back online now.
The company sells a decent sized plan (250mb space/2g transfer). However the price looks a little too good to be true. 14.99/year.
You wonder how they can afford to provide good tech support and servers at those kinds of rates, unless they are making it up in pure volume.
they also have good reseller plans starting at 5 dollars a month :eek:Quote:

For 500 dollars a year you can have a "unlimited" plan, 1 gb webspace and 30 gb of datatransfer a month. I want to know if someone is using that host?
Never heard of them check the Alexa rating and see if thier are any reviews posted. Look to see it they have a client page up and contact a few of them. www.alexa.com
We had billing mistake with managed.com they shut down one of our servers for few hours because thought we did not paid for it.
But really we paid all our bills in time and they did mistake in billing because they splitted payments for server and for cpanel.
Now I hope their billing department will not make us such troubles in the future since no more billing changes should not happen.
Thats why one of our servers was down few hours last week.
Anyway our new servers are not in managed.com datacenter.
We put all our new clients in ThePlanet datacenter.
This plan allow unlimited domains when each one could have up to 1 gb space and 30 gb transfer/month.Quote:

I would call other companies prices as "too bad".
You can check prices for all parts of hardware, bandwidth and all other hosting equipment - they are really so low that we can make enough profits from our plans.
My advice is try a search.
I can add to this - that we really had negative issues about year ago, but then we were reseller of unrealiable provider.Quote:

Since this period - starting from Jan 2004 year we are using only our dedicated servers - no reseller accounts on different providers servers.
So since we moved all our clients to our own dedicated servers no technical issues and major downtimes happened so you will not find any negative feedbacks from this period.
We keep our servers with low loads and in good technical standings and no downtimes happened.
Because you make offers such as "cPanel Unlimited"Quote:

$50 p/month, unlimited domains allowing 1gb/30gb per domain
How much are you actually going to allow somebody to use before you terminate the account? If somebody opened up a free hosting service using that plan, with some advertising in the right places they could easily have 1000 customers within a month or two, are you going to buy 8-10 hard drives for their $50?
We are not allowing free hosting for resellers, sorry.Quote:

However if you want to open free host with our reseller plan we can arrange special deal for you - depending of your needs of server resources.
Could they not charge $0.25 per year. Same question would stand. How could you support it?
That is what I thought it said at first.Quote:
