I have worked with Velia a bit in the past. They seem quite knowledgable and dedicated to their business, and from limited experience, the quality of service provided was very good.
I confirm, I use Velia, and the team is very good ( services as well of sales )

They are poor at all.
Order them a Hardware Raid and you would have to wait for 4 weeks.
They don't have single Hardware Raid Cards with them, don't know if some of the part gets fail, and we have to face the down time for 3-5 days.
Support is sick,they cant even install OS well.
Ticket response time is 4-8 hours or even 24 hours.
Once you have submitted a ticket , they will come with a reply:
Please give the IP of the server and also the issue, though you have mentioned the KVM IP(as their panel gives option to choose your machine with KVM IP)
Please stay away from them to save time. Spending 10euros extra is far better then to waist money and your precious time with them .

Hetzner is a good reputable German host if you are looking for one

first of all you have ordered a custom setup, there was not a specific delivery time mentioned or promised. You received both servers within 10 days due to a delivery delay by LSI (not 4 weeks). Of course we do have all sorts of controller in stock, but the ones we wanted to use for this specific setup (LSI 9271-4i) was only in stock for replacement and could not be used for this custom setup. We didn't want to use a 3ware 9650 controller because we knew it would be to slow for SSDs. Hence we had to wait, I am sorry for that.
We did try to accommodate you with a 2 week credit note for the second month.
Regarding the support, that is not really true. You were asked for the IP because it was an order ticket for two servers and it got mixed up. We asked you to open new support tickets so we can distinguish the issues for convenience for both our sides.
We have sent the refund to you now.
Since there is only positive feedback regarding our services in this topic from other persons I do hope you will give us a second chance in the future.
