HelpDesk support + Server management needed

Please read the description carefully before applying.
We are looking to outsource our HelpDesk support + Server management operation for a new hosting site. Right now the site has zero clients and zero traffic.
Products - Shared, VPS (openvz, solumvm, xen) and dedicated servers
SLA - 15 minute response time, 60 minute resolution
Helpdesk - Email + Chat + Voice. (Average of 10 tickets / chats / calls a day)
Should be able to handle Sales + Tech queries.
Server Management - One dedicated server (Server setup, optimization and Hardening )
Maximum budget - 150$ / month for first 3 months. Can be increased depending on the traffic after 3 months.
