Contacting datashack
 
Hi guys, any clue of how I may be contacting datashack?

I tried every single email I had and the answering machine is full :S .
I'd been waiting something like 10 days or so . My box started with severe packet loss ( which I reported ) to which I had no reply. After than it blackout and I requested them to handle such and to reinstall OS.
I've not been able to access my box since then and no replies . I've also tried to engage them via PM's with no result.

What shocked me most is that they billed me twice. :confused:

I hope they fix this whole story cause this is getting much worse than expected.

support@datashack.net to open a ticket, or log into the customer portal and open a ticket there.. there's a good chance your emails went to spam if you have been waiting that long without a ticket response.

Or log in to your customer portal and see if there are tickets for the emails you sent in to support@..

Visit Datashake Client Portal and submit support ticket. https://support.datashack.net/

In most cases ticket gives fast response than email.

I always get a response from datashack.net very quickly. Longest reply from was probably about an hour. Even in the middle of the night they get back to me quickly. Sounds like a spam box is eating an email somewhere.

no spam filter thing eating anything. No lost emails but a lag of 9 days in getting an answer with no solutions still . It's about 11 days .

How did you contact them? The support portal or via email? If it's the support portal you may want to open up another ticket asking why your first one has yet to be answered.

DataShack have been more then awesome for us.. Emails / Tickets answered within the hour, Lovin' It! :D
