Dedicated Server providers near EC2 East

I'm looking for information on dedicated server providers that are either in the same DC as Amazon EC2's East cluster (Equinix) or peer very well.

not sure you'll find anyone in the same DC, I believe Amazon just builds their own?

Maybe if you traceroute to the IP, look into who peers with the hops right before the EC2 final hop?

Then look who provides DC services in that geographic area that the peer utilizes on the route path? Just a wild guess .. .
