Need reviews on layout

I was wondering out of the 3, which one should I focus more on developing it?

My aim of the layout is to create a simple, elegant and professional layout. Any 1 of the layout going the right direction?

I like layout 1 best as a hosting site design. Layout 2 is nice as well, but feels more like a design for a different type of company in my view. All are nice clean looks though.

layout2 and layout3 will be ok with a big slide header where is now view plans and pricing or any kind of plans rotation there.
Menu needs improvements and I think red is not good solution because you need much calming color and not to big contrast.
layout1 is simple and clean hosting template but you need more contents bellow first 3 plans.

All three layouts are clean and neat. I do agree with blueraindesigns that layout 2 looks like a design for a totally different company. In my opinion, layout 1 is the best except for the header. How about integrating layout 3's header with layout 1. Good luck!

Layout 1 is my favorite. Although, all 3 are great.

Planning to sell it of too, as got other projects to be done first.

I like number 1, without the very big header image though...

Number one is nice, go with that one.
