They are a big company based in USA.
They use Indian support and they are really good.

First, thank you for trying us out and I'm glad you are enjoying our services thus far.
To clarify on Manjusha4serveradmin has mentioned. We do have over 40 support staff members with a majority in the US. As a completely virtual company we do have the luxury of hiring talent from all over the world. And therefore, we do have offices/staff members in Scotland, Israel, Pakistan, India, etc.
So, while we do have in-house (trained by us) staff members in India, the main reasoning for it is to upkeep the quality of services we provide by utilizing the talent in that region. (as oppose to specifically cost-cutting)
Regardless, feel free to let us know if you encounter any issues and we'd be more than happy to address them.
Do you use linux hosting or windows hosting for the website?
I see nothing wrong with cost cutting being a major reason, as long as quality standards can be maintained. In the end, the customer gains by paying less for the same service. I suppose that having staff spread throughout the world helps quite a bit in manning the business 24/7, without having groggy personnel in the wee hours of the morning. :)Quote:
