Some of my clients receive mail delivery errors when sending messages to some domains, following is the error about "MTA's poor reputation." :

MTA poor reputation - Please help
Hi,
I contacted senderbase.org and they said that one of my accounts was sending spam and in order to unblock my IP they asked me to send an email indicating what steps are being taken to mitigate spam from being sent from my IPs.
Please help.
