Not very sure, we sent email(ticket) to sales@ to requested un-suspend our vps before 24 hours, but still no reply. support@ asked us to contact them.

Your VPS was suspended. This is not an outage.
Did you follow thier instructions and contacted thier support department?
This is not their support channel. You will need to contact them directly for an answer.
