BoxVPS Unresponsive and Unreliable
I have lurked on WHT for a few years now, I created an account after months of problems with BoxVPS. Last year I started a VPS account in order to host a few low volume blogs. After the initial setup I started having trouble with BoxVPS. They disabled services, constant issues with IP addresses, it took almost a month for the server to be reliable. Even then I had several outages that lasted days to a week plus.
BoxVPS support was mostly responsive so I figured these issues will work out and tomorrow would be better. Having administered networks for years after a server is setup and going it tends to stay that way.
Unfortunately with BoxVPS that is not the case. My sites have been down now for months and I have been unable to get support. Somehow they added or changed the password to the trouble ticket system and none of my passwords used with BoxVPS work. To make matters worse when I submit and email letting them know that I can't access their replies in trouble tickets because of this password all I get is ANOTHER TICKET THAT I CAN'T ACCESS! Talk about adding insult to injury.
I need my files and database so I can get things re-established. If any of you can help me I would greatly appreciate it. Also a refund would be greatly appreciated.
If you are thinking of using BoxVPS I suggest you look elsewhere. The last three months I have beat my head against a brick wall. Prior as mentioned above I never had a reliable server.
