Warning: xAvia. Run by a bunch of snotty teenagers.
(Apologies for text formatting, but I c&pd straight out of outlook express)
This is a letter I sent to Mr. Joshua Brown after I was removed from the =
company at 11:30 on Thursday 25th of December, during a staff meeting. =
Maybe it will enlighten you to how much of a jerk and fraudster Josh =
really is.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------=
-------
Josh -
I'm really quite shocked at you. After all that work I put into SBY and =
xAvia, you just go and sack me in cold blood? Yes, I was pissed and I =
said some bad things, but you are not one to judge me after your =
performance over the past few days. You are slowly losing customers =
instead of gaining, and are making cuts to your already dwindeling =
staff. The fact you sacked David because he was a christian is just =
plain creedist, and above all - evil. Someone like him should be =
commended for standing up to the evils of pornography, and not sacked.
It's quite obvious you crumble under the slightest pressure, and by =
sacking me, you have just put a whole tonne of pressure back onto your =
shoulders. I asked very little of you, infact the only thing I ever =
asked for was the satellite connection, which I was denied, and =
understood fully. I did all that work for you, for free and expected =
nothing in return, you just used me as you did David and Ian. You cannot =
pass judgement and sack someone who was working for free. Free services =
are hard to come by, and you will regret sacking me, as it's even harder =
to find employee who offer services for free, and actually do the work. =
Even to the standard I do them. I always conducted myself in a =
professional manner, and got along with all of the staff and customers. =
I didn't involve myself with trivial things such as WHT, which you =
should ignore completely. I only ever had respect for you, and you think =
it is your god-given right to shove it all back in my face?=20
I expected nothing from you, and was only met with pressure and grief. I =
was always there to give you my assistance and alternate ideas, =
something you are quite jealous of.
And yet, after all that good I have given, you expect me to apologise =
after I vented my feelings about how the company was being run, and =
other peoples judgement of my attitude. I had a right to an attitude =
there, just as everyone has. Don't expect me to be the perfect =
professional all the time, when you yourself couldn't handle it for half =
the time I did.
I could write down a hundred things that would embarrass you and make =
you look childish, but instead I respected you for what you claimed to =
be doing: Saving your life from a deadly disease, and helping your =
parents out of a $40,000 debt. This is becoming more apparent to be a =
lie and a joke.
And something really, really important is the fact you lied to everyone =
about your age. You claim to be 25, when you are actually only 15 years =
of age, as you neglected to tell me until I was promoted to the =
executive staff. Now, I think I think for eveyone when I write most =
people who you provide services to, would rather not be served by some =
snotty, 15 year old high-school student, who is currently being =
completely controlled by his hormones.
And feel happy your Grandfather is still around, may he be on the floor =
or not, as mine died a year ago to this very day. Don't use others =
mis-fortune to make others feel sorry for you, that is just petty.
You are also quite merry to accept payment of large amounts of cash from =
a Mr. Mike O'Neill, who has received this money from social security, =
which he should legally be using to buy food and essentials.
Another notable thing, is you make posts of www.webhostingtalk.com about
customers. I am shocked you don't even consider your promises to the =
customer worth keeping, you say that you will keep all their information =
private, yet you post things about them which DONOT concern you in any =
way. Things like a customers fake vB licence doesn't compromise you in =
any way, so why blatently lie and break your promise? Amusement? Need I remind you when a customer buys one of your plans, both he and you sign a legal agreement, and you have broken that several times.
