| Hello, Members of WebHostingTalk!
Welcome to this month's edition of the WebHostingTalk.com
newsletter.
The Internet experienced its strongest site growth last month—a
gain of 3.96 million new sites. This is by far the largest
one-month increase of sites in Internet history according to a
recent survey by Netcraft. The explosion of personal web logs
(blogs) accounts for the majority of the growth. And it seems

There are some great articles available on HostingTech this
month. Eric Furlow talks about the evolution of the web hosting
industry and why we should be concerned. Douglas Hanna continues
his series of customer-support-related articles with his latest
focusing on handling customer complaints. In this article, Hanna
outlines the steps to take when dealing with frustrated
customers.
That's all for today, but don't worry. We'll be back next month!
