The Company has indicated that the merger’s primary goal was to consolidate both companies and re-brand the existhosting.com service on the new gogax.com infrastructure. Major investments were made on the gogax.com infrastructure and it has proved its efficiency and reliability.

EXIST Hosting servers and systems are being integrated into the new Gogax platform. Gogax consists mainly of the latest hosting technologies such as virtualization, clustered technology, network attached storage and more.

The company estimates that to complete the migration over to Gogax, it should be no longer than two months to be fully integrated into the new system.

Gogax.com was the latest, more recent project, launched by InterWeb Media Inc which at first was offering 100% FREE web hosting services with no ad banners or obligations. After its success, the company decided to rebrand into one company.
