In addition, Mr. Geiger sold 190,000 shares of stock in the Company. The sale represented approximately 15 percent of Mr. Geiger's total shares and options outstanding, and is part of an orderly diversification of assets for financial planning purposes.

The sale was conducted in accordance with Rule 144 and in compliance with the Company's trading policy and pre-clearance procedures. Geiger does not intend to sell additional shares in 2007, but may make similar dispositions of his shares in future years.
